APPLICABILITY OF LAW. This AGREEMENT shall be deemed executed in the State of Washington and the laws of the State of Washington shall govern the interpretation and application of its provisions. Venue for any suits between the CONSULTANT and the AGENCY arising from this AGREEMENT shall be brought and maintained in the Superior Court of the State of Washington, situated in the county in which the AGENCY is located.
