Applicability of Privacy and Security Regulations. To maintain the privacy, confidentiality, and security of the Data, and in determining Data security (including but not limited to where the Data shall be maintained and who has access to the Data), each Party shall comply with applicable federal and state law and this E-MOU and the data privacy and security standards.
