Common use of Applicability of Provisions Clause in Contracts

Applicability of Provisions. It is agreed by and between the Parties that all the provisions contained herein and the obligation arising hereunder in respect of the ProjectProject shall equally be applicable to and the enforceable against any and all occupiers, tenants, licensee, lessees and/ or subsequent purchasers/ assignees/nominees of the SAID RESIDENTIAL UNIT as the said obligation go along with the Project for all intents and purposes.

Applicability of Provisions. It is clearly understood and agreed by and between the Parties parties that all the provisions contained herein and the obligation arising hereunder in respect of the ProjectProject Project shall equally be applicable to and the enforceable against any and all occupiers, tenants, licensee, lessees and/ or licence and/or subsequent purchasers/ purchasers/assignees/nominees of the SAID RESIDENTIAL UNIT said Premises as the said obligation go along with the Project for all intents and purposes.
