Applicability of Section in Specific Instances. When a day worker whose shift is from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. is told to go home at 12:00 noon and return at 4:00 p.m. for work, they will receive two (2) hours' Call Time because the shift was designated at 12:00 noon.
