Common use of Applicability to Other Financial Consideration Clause in Contracts

Applicability to Other Financial Consideration. The escalation adjustment for any other sum, identified in the Purchase Agreement as subject to escalation pursuant to Supplemental Exhibit AE1, and which pertains to the Program Aircraft shall be calculated using the escalation methodology established in this Letter Agreement for such Program Aircraft notwithstanding any other provisions of the Purchase Agreement to the contrary.
