Applicable Educators Sample Clauses

Applicable Educators. The teacher evaluation procedure contained in this agreement applies to the following employees of the District: 11.02.1 Teachers working under a license issued under sections 3319.22, 3319.26, 3319.262, 3319.222 or 3319.226 of the Revised Code who spend at least fifty percent (50%) of their time providing student instruction. 11.02.2 Teachers working under a permanent certificate issued under section 3319.222 of the Revised Code as it existed prior to September 2003 who spend at least fifty percent (50%) of their time providing student instruction. 11.02.3 Teachers working under a permanent certificate issued under section 3319.222 of the Revised Code as it existed prior to September 2006 who spend at least fifty percent (50%) of their time providing student instruction. 11.02.4 Teachers working under a permit issued under 3319.301 of the Revised Code who spend at least fifty percent (50%) of their time providing student instruction. 11.02.5 School Counselors employed by the district.
