(Applicable in case of Plot. Villa) The Promoter shall confirm to the final carpet areas that has been allotted the Allottee after in construction of the Plot /Villa is complete and the occupancy certificate the granted by the competent authority, by furnishing details of the charges, if any in the carpet area. The Total Price payable for the carpet area shall be recalculated upon confirmation by the Promoter. If the there is reductionin the carpet area than the Promoter shall refund the excess money paid by Allottee within 45 days with interest from the date when such an excess amount was paid by the Allottee. If there is any increase in the carpet area, which is not more than three percent of the carpet area of the Plot / Villa, allotted to the Allottee, the Promoter may demand that from the Allottee as per the next milestone of the Payment Plan as provided in this Agreement. All these monetary adjustments shall be made at the same rate per square feet as agreed in Term No.1.2 above.

  • CHANGE OF T-PIN The Account Holder may change his T-PIN from time to time in accordance with the Bank’s prescribed procedure then prevailing. The Bank shall be entitled, in its reasonable discretion but without liability and without giving any reason, to reject any selection made by the Account Holder as his substituted T-PIN; if the Bank so approves, such substituted T-PIN, shall take effect from the time of receipt by the Bank of such instructions from the Account Holder. The Account Holder shall take all steps not to select such numbers as a substitute T-PIN which may easily be ascertained or otherwise facilitate fraud or forgery.

  • C4 Price adjustment on extension of the Initial Contract Period C4.1 The Contract Price shall apply for the Initial Contract Period. In the event that the Client agrees to extend the Initial Contract Period pursuant to clause F8 (Extension of Initial Contract Period) the Client shall, in the 6 month period prior to the expiry of the Initial Contract Period, enter into good faith negotiations with the Contractor (for a period of not more than 30 Working Days) to agree a variation in the Contract Price.
