APPLICABLE LAW AND RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES. The Agreement shall be subject in all respects to Danish law, substantive as well as procedural, however excluding rules on the choice-of-law. Attempts shall be made to resolve any dispute between the Parties through negotiation. If no solution is obtained, the case shall be referred for resolution to an ordinary court of law. The place of jurisdiction is the Client’s legal venue.
