Applicable to Local 790 Only. An Occupational Health and Safety Committee will consist of one (1) management and (1) Bargaining Unit member. The Committee will meet three (3) times each calendar year to consider all matters pertaining to occupational safety and health and effectively recommend ways and means of improving and maintaining safety standards and safe working procedures for the purpose of preventing occupational injury and illness.
