Applicant Requested Pre-Connection Studies. 13.8.1 Where a potential Connection Applicant wishes to explore options for connecting to the NTS, a “Pre-Connection Study” may be requested. Such a Pre-Connection Study request shall not, for the avoidance of doubt, be a Connection Application for the purposes of the Code. Following receipt of such a request, National Grid NTS shall seek to agree the terms on which it will undertake any such study with the person submitting the request.
