Application and Enrollment of Students. The Academy shall comply with the application and enrollment policies identified in Schedule 7f. With respect to the Academy’s pupil admissions process, the Academy shall provide any documentation or information requested by the Charter Schools Office that demonstrates the following: (a) The Academy has made a reasonable effort to advertise its enrollment efforts to all pupils; and (b) The Academy’s open enrollment period was for a duration of at least 2 weeks and permitted the enrollment of pupils at times in the evening and on weekends.
