Oath of Public Office. Academy Board members are public officials. Before entering upon the duties of a public school board member, each Academy Board member shall take, sign, and file the constitutional oath of office with the Charter Schools Office.
Oath of Public Office. All members of the academy board of directors must take the constitutional oath of office and sign the Oath of Public Office before beginning their service.
