APPLICATION AND INCIDENCE OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement shall apply to employees of the Company (as defined) for the period that such employees are engaged on maintenance services and/or miscellaneous work (as defined) at the Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Kurnell NSW 2231. This Agreement covers wages and conditions for all employees so employed. It has no application to employees working in Managerial, Supervisory, Staff or Administrative roles.
