Common use of Application and Maintenance of Membership Clause in Contracts

Application and Maintenance of Membership. The Company agrees that all employees covered by this Agreement within fifteen (15) calendar days of the signing of this Agreement, or within fifteen (15) calendar days of the date of employment with the Company, whichever event shall later occur, as a condition of continued employment with the Company shall make application to become members of the Union and if accepted, remain members of the Union.
