Application and Payment for Permits. Construction Manager will apply for, obtain and pay for any and all required permits and all other required approvals, governmental fees, licenses and inspections necessary for the proper execution and completion of the Work. Certain permits, regulations and fees may apply to the Work when such Work takes place beyond the limits of the school site or impacts property contiguous to the school site. This may include, and not be limited to utility connections, hauling and disposal of materials and debris resulting from demolition. The Construction Manager shall include such cost as part of the Cost of the Work in the Guaranteed Maximum Price (Exhibit C).
