Certificates of Inspection. Submit certificates of inspection with the invoice for each shipment of plants as required by law for transportation. File certificates with the Engineer before the material is accepted. Plants may be rejected at the site regardless of Federal or State government inspections at the place of growth.
Certificates of Inspection. The Contractor is responsible to secure any required certificates of inspection, testing or approval. Such required certificates of inspection, testing and approval include those required by the UCC. The Contractor shall deliver such certificates to the Professional and the Department within seven (7) days after the Contractor secures the certificate.
Certificates of Inspection. Prior to the Closing, upon Purchaser's request, Seller will reasonably cooperate with the Purchaser's applications for business licenses and permits, which Purchaser anticipates will result in inspections of the Business Premises by the appropriate Fire Department, the Department of Building and Safety and the Health Department. Certificates of Inspection. Prior to the Closing, upon Buyer's request, Seller will use its commercially reasonable efforts and diligence to deliver to Buyer full, correct and complete copies of certificates of inspection bearing a date not more than thirty (30) days prior to the Closing with respect to the Premises from any county (or any similar local governing authority) departments or other similar divisions, including without limitation, fire, building and safety, and health.
Certificates of Inspection. Each of the Vessels has a current and valid Certificate of Inspection without any condition or recommendation. Except as set forth in Section 4.9(a) of the CompaniesDisclosure Schedule, there are no material outstanding US Coast Guard Form 835s, and all certificates of inspection, national certificates, as well as other certificates, of regulatory authorities are up-to-date. There are no certificates with outstanding extensions, deferrals, exceptions, recommendations or requirements for inspection or drydocking, including those of the US Coast Guard or its regulatory equivalent for a minimum period of six (6) months, or such other date set forth in Section 4.9(a) of the Companies’ Disclosure Schedule. Complete and correct copies of the Certificates of Inspection for each of the Vessels, all other regulatory certificates and all material outstanding US Coast Guard Form 835s for any Vessels, have been provided to Buyer.
Certificates of Inspection. Prior to Closing, Seller shall satisfy the following requirements in accordance with §25.56.040 of the St. Louis, Missouri Code of Ordinances (collectively, the “City Inspection Requirements”): (i) arrange for all required inspections of dwelling units at each Property by the City of St. Louis, (ii) pay all fees associated with such inspections and the issuance of any new certificates of inspection for dwelling units at each Property, and (iii) deliver to Buyer at least two (2) Business Days prior to Closing copies of certificates of inspection dated within twelve (12) months of the Closing Date for all dwelling units at each Property. In the event Seller fails to timely satisfy the City Inspection Requirements, such failure shall not be deemed an event of default by Seller and the Closing Date shall be deemed extended to the date which is two (2) Business Days following Seller’s delivery to Buyer of certificates of inspection dated within twelve (12) months of the Closing Date for all dwelling units at each Property (such date referred to herein as the “Extended Closing Date”); provided, however, that the Extended Closing Date shall in no event occur later than March 15, 2021 (the “Outside Closing Date”). In the event Seller has not satisfied the City Inspection Requirements to permit Closing on the Outside Closing Date, Buyer may elect, at Buyer’s option, to: (a) waive such condition and proceed to closing without reduction of the Purchase Price, or (b) terminate this Contract in which event (i) the Deposit shall be promptly refunded to Buyer, and (ii) except as otherwise provided herein, Seller and Buyer shall be released from all further liability under this Contract.

  • Certificates of Insurance Prior to commencing under this Contract, Supplier must furnish to Sourcewell a certificate of insurance, as evidence of the insurance required under this Contract. Prior to expiration of the policy(ies), renewal certificates must be mailed to Sourcewell, 000 00xx Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, X.X. Box 219, Staples, MN 56479 or sent to the Sourcewell Supplier Development Administrator assigned to this Contract. The certificates must be signed by a person authorized by the insurer(s) to bind coverage on their behalf. Failure to request certificates of insurance by Sourcewell, or failure of Supplier to provide certificates of insurance, in no way limits or relieves Supplier of its duties and responsibilities in this Contract.

  • Certificate of Insurance Contractor must provide a Certificate of Insurance form to the City of Sparks to evidence the insurance policies and coverage required of Contractor.
