Application Filing Time Requirements. Applications must be successfully submitted in the IIS no later than the end of the Term. Participants are encouraged to submit online Applications for incentive payments within 90 days from the Sale. Delays in Application submittal may result in non-payment of Program incentives. Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, until the end of the Term or funding for the Program is no longer available.

  • Filing Requirements Escrow securities will not be released under this Part until the Issuer does the following: (a) at least 20 days before the date of the first release of escrow securities under the new release schedule, files with the securities regulators in the jurisdictions in which it is a reporting issuer (i) a certificate signed by a director or officer of the Issuer authorized to sign stating (A) that the Issuer has become an established issuer by satisfying one of the conditions in section 3.1 and specifying the condition, and (B) the number of escrow securities to be released on the first release date under the new release schedule, and (ii) a copy of a letter or other evidence from the exchange or quotation service confirming that the Issuer has satisfied the condition to become an established issuer; and (b) at least 10 days before the date of the first release of escrow securities under the new release schedule, issues and files with the securities regulators in the jurisdictions in which it is a reporting issuer a news release disclosing details of the first release of the escrow securities and the change in the release schedule, and sends a copy of such filing to the Escrow Agent.

  • CONTRACT COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENT The HUB requirement on this Contract is 0%. The student engagement requirement of this Contract is 0 hours. The Career Education requirement for this Contract is 0 hours. Failure to achieve these requirements may result in the application of some or all of the sanctions set forth in Administrative Policy 3.10, which is hereby incorporated by reference.

  • Compliance Requirements A. Nondiscrimination. The Contractor agrees to comply, and to require its subcontractor(s) to comply, with the nondiscrimination provisions of MCL 37.2209.   • Compliance with Federal and State Work Authorization and Immigration Laws The Contractor and all subcontractors, suppliers and consultants must comply with all federal and state work authorization and immigration laws, and must certify compliance using the form set forth in Section 7 (“Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act Affidavits”). The required certificates must be filed with the Owner and copied maintained by the Contractor as of the beginning date of this contract and each subcontract, supplier contract, or consultant contract, and upon final payment to the subcontractor or consultant. State officials, including officials of the Georgia Department of Audits and Accounts, officials of the Owner, retain the right to inspect and audit the Project Site and employment records of the Contractor, subcontractors and consultants without notice during normal working hours until Final Completion, and as otherwise specified by law and by Rules and Regulations of the Georgia Department of Audits and Accounts.

  • COMPLIANCE WITH GOVERNMENTAL RULES AND REGULATIONS; RECORDS The Trust assumes full responsibility for its compliance with all securities, tax, commodities and other laws, rules and regulations applicable to it.

  • Disclosure Requirements (a) The Estate Agent or Salesperson *has / does not have(1) (11) a conflict or potential conflict of interest in acting for the Tenant.   • Listing and Maintenance Requirements Compliance The Company has not in the two years preceding the date hereof received written notice from any stock exchange, market or trading facility on which the Common Stock is or has been listed or quoted to the effect that the Company is not in compliance with the listing, maintenance or other requirements of such exchange, market, trading or quotation facility. The Company has no reason to believe that it does not now or will not in the future meet any such requirements.

  • Additional Reporting Requirements Contractor agrees to submit written quarterly reports to H-GAC detailing all transactions during the previous three (3) month period. Reports must include, but are not limited, to the following information: a. Customer Name b. Product/Service purchased, including Product Code if applicable c. Customer Purchase Order Number

  • Compliance with Nasdaq Continued Listing Requirements The Company is in compliance with applicable Nasdaq continued listing requirements. There are no proceedings pending or, to the Company’s Knowledge, threatened against the Company relating to the continued listing of the Common Stock on Nasdaq and the Company has not received any notice of, nor to the Company’s Knowledge is there any reasonable basis for, the delisting of the Common Stock from Nasdaq.
