Application for Payment and Receipts. The Contractor shall submit to the Engineer in accordance with a form to be supplied by the Owner an application for each monthly progress payment, and, if requested by the Owner or Engineer, receipts or other vouchers, showing his payments for materials and labor, including payments to Subcontractors as required by Article 10 of the General Conditions.
