Application for Verification. 1.2.1 The applicant should submit a completed FAA Form 8060-71 to AFB-720 at least 90 days before a meeting with an FAA-authorized examiner where the applicant intends to apply for the FAA pilot certificate once the applicant has met all the requirements for license conversion.
