Application of Funds Collected. Any funds collected by the Trustee pursuant to this Article VI with respect to a particular series of Securities shall be applied in the following order, at the date or dates fixed by the Trustee and, in case of the distribution of such funds on account of principal, premium, if any, or interest, upon presentation of the Securities of that series, and notation thereon of the payment, if only partially paid, and upon surrender thereof if fully paid:
Application of Funds Collected. Any amounts collected by the Trustee with respect to the Notes pursuant to this Article V and any amounts that may then be held or thereafter received by the Trustee with respect to the Notes hereunder shall be applied, subject to Section 13.1 and in accordance with the provisions of Section 11.1(a)(iii), at the date or dates fixed by the Trustee. Upon the final distribution of all proceeds of any liquidation effected hereunder, the provisions of Section 4.1(a) and Section 4.1(b) shall be deemed satisfied for the purposes of discharging this Indenture pursuant to Article IV.

Application of Funds Collected. Any monies collected or received by Mortgagee shall be applied to the payment of compensation, expenses and disbursements of the agents, attorneys and other representatives of Mortgagee, and the balance remaining shall be applied to the payment of the balance of the Secured Obligations in accordance with the provisions of the Facility Agreement.
Application of Funds Collected. Any funds collected by the Trustee with respect to any Hedge Agreement or the Rated Notes pursuant to this Section 5 and any funds that may then be held or thereafter received by the Trustee with respect to any Hedge Agreements or the Rated Notes hereunder shall be applied subject to Section 13.1 and in accordance with the provisions of Section 11.1(c), at the date or dates fixed by the Trustee.

Any funds collected by the Trustee pursuant to this Article VI with respect to a particular series of Securities shall be applied in the following order: FIRST: To the payment of costs and expenses of collection and of all amounts payable to the Trustee and its agents and attorneys under Section 7.06; SECOND: To the payment of the amounts then due and unpaid upon Securities of such series for principal, premium, if any, and interest, in respect of which or for the benefit of which such funds have been collected, ratably, without preference or priority of any kind, according to the amounts due and payable on such Securities for principal, premium, if any, and interest, respectively; and THIRD: To the Company.

Any funds collected by the Trustee pursuant to this Article shall be applied in the following order, at the date or dates fixed by the Trustee and, in case of the distribution of such funds on account of principal or any premium or interest, upon presentation of the Securities and the notation thereon of the payment if only partially paid and upon surrender thereof if fully paid: FIRST: to the payment of all amounts due the Trustee under Section 6.7; SECOND: to the payment of the amounts then due and unpaid for principal of and any premium and interest on the Securities in respect of which or for the benefit of which such funds have been collected, ratably, without preference or priority of any kind, according to the amounts due and payable on such Securities for principal and any premium and interest, respectively; and THIRD: the balance, if any, to the Company or to such other Person as a court of competent jurisdiction shall direct.
