Application of insurance money etc. Subject to Clause 9.1 of this Deed, all insurance money, compensation or damages recovered by the Manager in respect of any damage or loss suffered in respect of any part of the Land and the Building shall be expended by the Manager in the repair, rebuilding or reinstatement of that part of the Land and the Building and any surplus thereof shall form part of the Special Fund.
