Cessation of Office of Members. The members of the Owners' Committee shall hold office until the annual general meeting of the Owners next following the annual general meeting of Owners or the meeting of Owners (as the case may be) on which their appointment or election is made PROVIDED THAT if in any annual general meeting of the Owners at which an election of the members of the Owners' Committee should take place, the office of the retiring members or any of them is not filled, or if in any year no annual general meeting of the Owners is held, the members of the Owners' Committee shall, subject to Clause 7.6 hereof, continue to hold office until the next annual general meeting of the Owners.
