Application of insurance money etc. Subject to Clause 62 of this Deed all insurance money, compensation or damages recovered by the Manager in respect of any damage or loss suffered in respect of any part of the Development shall be expended by the Manager in the repair, rebuilding or reinstatement of that part of the Development.
