The Authorities recognise the unique competence of the host Authorities to assess which macroprudential measures are necessary for financial stability in the host jurisdiction. The Authorities intend to communicate with each other to exchange relevant assessments and to facilitate discussions in respect of planned measures where this may assist in assessing and mitigating risks to financial stability in their respective jurisdictions.

Application of macroprudential supervisory measures. 1. The Authorities recognise the unique competence of the national authorities competent under applicable law to assess which macroprudential measures are necessary for financial stability in their jurisdiction and of the ECB, as provided for in Article 5 of the SSM Regulation. The Authorities intend to communicate with each other to exchange relevant information and assessments and to facilitate discussions in respect of planned measures where this may assist in assessing and mitigating risks to financial stability in their respective jurisdictions.

  • Certification Regarding Prohibition of Boycotting Israel (Tex Gov.
