The BaFin will pass on information received from the BoE, the PRA and the FCA in case of banks to the Deutsche Bundesbank, having regard to the domestic allocation of responsibility for the supervision of supervised entities in Germany, on the basis that the Deutsche Bundesbank will preserve the confidentiality of the information and the protection of data and will not disclose it without the prior written consent of the BoE, the PRA and the FCA to third parties and otherwise in accordance with the provisions of this MoU.
