Application of Pay Rates. The rates of pay set forth in Section 1 are based on full-time employment of forty (40) hours in a work week, eighty (80) hours in a bi-weekly pay period and two thousand eighty (2,080) hours annually and shall be used to calculate salaries for hours in paid status for the appropriate pay range and step.
