Common use of Application of the Provision of Other Customer Agreements Clause in Contracts

Application of the Provision of Other Customer Agreements. Any matters not expressly set forth in this Agreement shall be governed by the Common Customer Agreement on PowerFlex Transaction and the Customer Agreement on Shinsei PowerDirect. This Customer Agreement sets forth the rules concerning the handling methods of the Bank with respect to PowerFlex transactions via use of the cash card issued by the Bank (hereinafter the "Card"). For the purposes of these rules, the yen savings deposit in the PowerFlex account shall be referred to as the "Savings Deposit ".
