Common use of Application of University Policies Clause in Contracts

Application of University Policies. This Agreement supersedes specific provisions of University policy with which it conflicts. Absent such a conflict, faculty members will be subject to all University policies. Issues or concerns regarding misapplication of University policy may be raised by the UFE through the Union-Management Committee process described in Article 19. The University will provide the UFE with fourteen (14) calendar days’ notice, and ample opportunity to bargain, prior to implementation of any proposed policy change that affects faculty wages, hours or working conditions during the term of this Agreement.
