Application to AAAPP/DOEA and Sub-Recipients Equipment. This contract applies regardless of whether the social media is accessed using DOEA’s IT facilities and equipment or equipment belonging to Sub-Recipient, Subcontractor, or their respective employees. Equipment includes, but is not limited to, personal computers, cellular phones, personal digital assistants, smart watches, or smart tablets. Florida Government in the Sunshine, Florida Public Records Law, and HIPAA. Sub-Recipient acknowledges that any AAAPP/DOEA or other state business conducted by social media or through personal cellular communication issubject to Florida’s Government in the Sunshine Law, Florida’s Public Records Law (Chapter 119, Florida Statutes), and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Compliance with these laws andother applicable laws are further detailed in the contract.

  • Technical Standards Applicable to a Wind Generating Plant i. Low Voltage Ride-Through (LVRT) Capability A wind generating plant shall be able to remain online during voltage disturbances up to the time periods and associated voltage levels set forth in the standard below. The LVRT standard provides for a transition period standard and a post-transition period standard.

  • Additional Requirements from Authorized Users An Authorized User may have distinct requirements that must be met by all individuals employed by or working for the Authorized User. The Contractor’s Staff Members will be expected to comply with these requirements as a condition of the placement.

  • Solicitations for Subcontracts, Including Procurement of Materials and Equipment In all solicitation, either by competitive bidding or negotiation, made by the Contractor for work to be performed under a subcontract, including procurement of materials or leases of equipment, each potential Subcontractor or supplier shall be notified by the Contractor of the Contractor’s obligations under this Agreement and the Regulations relative to non-discrimination on the grounds of race, color, or national origin.
