Applications for payment and supporting information required by the Contract for Construction shall be submitted in detail sufficient for an audit thereof in accordance with Owner’s policies on the subject in effect at the time Construction Manager commences construction. Within thirty (30) business days of receipt of Construction Manager’s application for payment, properly prepared pursuant to Owner’s policies on the subject, and all required supporting information, Owner shall pay Construction Manager the amount approved by Professional, less retainage, unless there is a dispute about the amount of compensation due to Construction Manager.
