Appointment of mediator Within 10 Working Days of receipt of the notice referring the Dispute to mediation, the parties must attempt to agree on the identity of the mediator and, if they cannot agree within that timeframe, the mediator will be appointed by the President (or their nominee) of the New Zealand chapter of the Resolution Institute.
Credentialing The Provider will maintain written documentation confirming that each individual providing services under this agreement has and maintains the requisite credentials. Any change in status regarding any credentialing requirements must be reported in writing, by the Provider to the Department's Credentialing Contracted Agent, within thirty days.
Appointment and Term The Members will be entitled to appoint from time to time persons to serve as the managers (each, a "Manager") on the Board of Managers. Managers will serve until their respective successors are appointed by the Members, as provided under Section 4.11 herein, or until their earlier death, disability, resignation, retirement or removal, pursuant to Section 4.10 herein. Each Manager is hereby designated as a "manager" of the Company within the meaning of Section 18-101(10) of the Act.
Provider Credentialing Contractor shall perform, or may delegate activities related to, credentialing and re-credentialing Participating Providers in accordance with a process reviewed and approved by State Regulators.
Appointment of Stewards A. The Union will certify to the Employer in writing a xxxxxxx or stewards and alternates in accordance with the fol- lowing general guidelines. Where more than one xxxxxxx is appointed, one shall be designated chief xxxxxxx. The selection and appointment of stewards or chief stewards is the sole and exclusive function of the Union. Stewards will be certified to represent employees in specific work location(s) on their tour; provided no more than one xxxxxxx may be certified to repre- sent employees in a particular work location(s). The number of stewards certified shall not exceed, but may be less than, the number provided by the formula hereinafter set forth. Appointment and Termination In relation to any Series of Notes, the Issuer may at any time appoint additional Paying Agents or Transfer Agents and/or terminate the appointment of any Agent by giving to the Issuing and Principal Paying Agent and that Agent at least 60 days’ notice to that effect, which notice shall expire at least 30 days before or after any due date for payment in respect of the Notes of that Series. Upon any letter of appointment being executed by or on behalf of the Issuer and any person appointed as an Agent, such person shall become a party to this Agreement as if originally named in it and shall act as such Agent in respect of that or those Series of Notes in respect of which it is appointed.
Appointment and Termination of Appointment Issuer may at any time appoint additional or alternative agents to provide the service(s) to be provided by the Global Agent hereunder. Issuer may terminate the appointment of the Global Agent or any part of such agency or any other agent by giving to the Global Agent or that agent at least 30 calendar days' written notice to that effect. Issuer may replace the Global Agent in any of its roles hereunder and appoint one or more other authenticating agents, paying agents, transfer agents, registrar or calculation agents for any issuance of the Notes as Issuer may determine; provided, however, that until all of the Notes have been delivered to the Global Agent for cancellation and destruction, or monies sufficient to pay the principal and interest, if any, on such Notes have been made available for payment and either paid or returned to Issuer as provided herein, Issuer will at all times maintain a paying agent; and, if and for so long as any Notes are listed on any stock exchange, Issuer shall maintain a paying agent for such Notes at any location such stock exchange may require.
Appointment Procedures 20.06.01 When a vacancy occurs, the University Librarian will send written notification to all Librarians stating the plans for replacement and the disposition of duties within one month after such Librarian position becomes vacant. The University Librarian shall provide a monthly update to Librarian members on the progress of his/her plans for replacement and disposition of duties.
Appointment of auditors 33.2.1 The Concessionaire shall appoint, and have during the subsistence of this Agreement as its Statutory Auditors, a firm chosen by it from the mutually agreed list of 10 (ten) reputable firms of chartered accountants (the “Panel of Chartered Accountants”), such list to be prepared substantially in accordance with the criteria set forth in Schedule-T. All fees and expenses of the Statutory Auditors shall be borne by the Concessionaire.
