Regular Appointment The authorized appointment of an individual to a position covered by Civil Service.
Appointment of Manager Owner hereby engages and retains Manager as the manager and as tenant coordinating agent of the Properties, and Manager hereby accepts such appointment on the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth; it being understood that this Management Agreement shall cause Manager to be, at law, Owner’s agent upon the terms contained herein.
Appointment of Directors Immediately upon the Effective Time, Parent shall, in accordance with Section 2.3(d), accept the resignations and cause the appointments of those officers and directors of Parent identified in Exhibit C hereto, subject to any notice and waiting period requirements of federal law. At the first annual meeting of Parent’s stockholders and thereafter, the election of members of Parent’s Board of Directors shall be accomplished in accordance with the by-laws of Parent.
Appointment and Termination of Appointment Issuer may at any time appoint additional or alternative agents to provide the service(s) to be provided by the Global Agent hereunder. Issuer may terminate the appointment of the Global Agent or any part of such agency or any other agent by giving to the Global Agent or that agent at least 30 calendar days' written notice to that effect. Issuer may replace the Global Agent in any of its roles hereunder and appoint one or more other authenticating agents, paying agents, transfer agents, registrar or calculation agents for any issuance of the Notes as Issuer may determine; provided, however, that until all of the Notes have been delivered to the Global Agent for cancellation and destruction, or monies sufficient to pay the principal and interest, if any, on such Notes have been made available for payment and either paid or returned to Issuer as provided herein, Issuer will at all times maintain a paying agent; and, if and for so long as any Notes are listed on any stock exchange, Issuer shall maintain a paying agent for such Notes at any location such stock exchange may require.
Appointment of mediator Within 10 Working Days of receipt of the notice referring the Dispute to mediation, the parties must attempt to agree on the identity of the mediator and, if they cannot agree within that timeframe, the mediator will be appointed by the President (or their nominee) of the New Zealand chapter of the Resolution Institute.
Committee Appointments Members of the transfer screening committee and transfer interview committee shall be taken from the general hiring committee. The hiring committee will determine the appointments to the transfer screening and interview committees under conditions in Sections 5.3.2.1 and 5.3.2.2.
Application for Vacancies All employees under this Agreement, including those on layoff status, may submit application in writing for any vacancy which is posted pursuant to this Article.
Appointment of Stewards A. The Union will certify to the Employer in writing a xxxxxxx or stewards and alternates in accordance with the fol- lowing general guidelines. Where more than one xxxxxxx is appointed, one shall be designated chief xxxxxxx. The selection and appointment of stewards or chief stewards is the sole and exclusive function of the Union. Stewards will be certified to represent employees in specific work location(s) on their tour; provided no more than one xxxxxxx may be certified to repre- sent employees in a particular work location(s). The number of stewards certified shall not exceed, but may be less than, the number provided by the formula hereinafter set forth. Reappointment In the event an ASF Member who has received severance pay is subsequently reappointed to a state university, future severance pay for the ASF Member shall be computed upon the individual’s unused sick leave balance accumulated since the reappointment.
Reappointment Within Six Months 261. A permanent employee who resigns and is subsequently reappointed to a position in the same classification within six (6) months of the effective date of resignation shall be reappointed to the same salary step that the employee received at the time of resignation.
