Appointment of Applicant 19. 02.01 The Foundation shall appoint the selected applicant if no grievance has been initiated following the expiry of five (5) working days from the date the last employee received notification, in writing, from the Foundation, and that appointment shall be final, subject to satisfactory completion of the required probationary or trial period.
