Appointment of CERTNA Technical Director and Duties. Employee shall serve as Technical Director of CERTNA and shall be vested with the powers, duties, and responsibilities set forth in the CERTNA Technical Director Job Description and Duty Statement attached herein as Exhibit A, the Electronic Recording Delivery Act (ERDA) of 2004 and under California law. Employee shall further perform the functions and duties specified under the Job Description and Duty Statement, the resolutions of CERTNA, and such other duties and functions as the CERTNA Board of Directors (“Board”) may from time-to-time assign to Employee.
