Appointment of Depository. The Corporation hereby appoints Computershare and Trust Company, together, as depository for the Stock, and each of Computershare and Trust Company hereby accepts such appointment and agrees to perform the same in accordance with the express terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
Appointment of Depository. The Corporation hereby appoints Depository as depository for the Stock, and Depository hereby accepts such appointment and agrees to perform the same in accordance with the express terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
Appointment of Depository. Section 1.1. The Depositor hereby appoints the Depository as custodian of the metals described in each Safekeeping Advice (the "Precious Metals") which the Depository will issue from time to time in accordance with Section 2.2 hereof during the term of this Agreement.

Appointment of Depository. The Corporation hereby appoints (i) the Trust Company, and the Trust Company hereby accepts such appointment, (A) as depository for the Preferred Stock and (B) until the date on which the Common Equivalent Securities cease to exist and the Depositary Shares and the Contingent Warrants automatically separate and become separately transferable (the “Separation Date”), as depository for the Depositary Shares, and (b) Computershare, and Computershare hereby accepts such appointment, as services agent for the Trust Company, all on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
