Appointment of Deputies. The City Attorney and the BOW hereby acknowledge that in accordance with provisions of I. C. 36-4-11-3, the City Attorney may appoint a deputy City Attorney who will be available to perform the same services as the City Attorney and without requiring any additional compensation to be paid under this contract.
Appointment of Deputies. WITHOUT COMPENSATION The appointing power in each County office may appoint as many additional deputies, assistants and employees as may be necessary for the prompt and faithful discharge of duties of his office, but such additional appointees shall receive no compensation from the County of Humboldt by virtue of such appointment without express authorization therefore by the Board of Supervisors.
