Payroll Warrants to be Mailed. Payroll warrants shall be mailed to those employees at substations and resident posts. Payroll warrants shall also be mailed to those employees who are normally scheduled on days off on scheduled paydays if the employee requests so from the Sheriff’s Department business office. Employees who receive their payroll warrants through the mail shall not be charged for postage. Employees who have scheduled days off on scheduled paydays who have elected to have their payroll warrants mailed to them shall continue to receive their payroll warrants by mail until the next scheduled shift rotation. The provisions of this Section D do not apply to Welfare Investigators.

  • Records to be kept 8.1 The Recipient must:

  • Shipping must be Freight On Board Destination to the delivery location designated on the Customer purchase order The Contractor will retain title and control of all goods until delivery is completed and the Customer has accepted the delivery. All risk of transportation and all related charges are the responsibility of the Contractor. The Customer will notify the Contractor and H-GAC promptly of any damaged goods and will assist the Contractor in arranging for inspection.   • Purchase of Retail Power Illinois Power Marketing Company d/b/a Homefield Energy (Homefield Energy) agrees to sell, and you, as a participant in the City of Bloomington Opt-Out Aggregation Program, agree to buy, all your residential power and energy service (Retail Power) at the price and on the terms and conditions specified in this Agreement. Homefield Energy is an independent seller of power and energy service certified by the Illinois Commerce Commission (ICC Docket No. 14-0015). Homefield Energy has been selected by City of Bloomington as the supplier for its June 2020-June 2022 Opt-Out Government Aggregation Program. The Terms and Conditions contained in this Agreement have been the subject of negotiations between Homefield Energy and City of Bloomington. Your Delivery Service Provider (DSP)—Ameren Illinois— retains responsibility for the delivery of electricity to your home. Homefield Energy’s obligations under this Agreement are conditioned upon you providing complete and accurate information to Homefield Energy throughout the Term.
