Appointment of Industry Representatives. 9.1. If the position of one or more of the Industry Representatives is vacant or is likely to become vacant, the BMF Chair will write to BMF Ministers and one or more recognised industry representative bodies, agreed by the BMF, requesting nominations for an Industry Representative and a justification of each nominees’ credentials against the considerations set out in clause 9.5.
