APPOINTMENTS AND ASSIGNMENTS. 1. All Teaching Lecturer appointments and assignments will be made by the Xxxxxxx, or by another appropriate administrator at the University, following the recommendation of the Program Coordinator or Designated Personnel Evaluator. Appointments shall be made on a semester or annual basis only and shall be limited in duration to the particular semester or academic year for which the Teaching Lecturer is retained. Except as otherwise specifically provided for in this Agreement, no appointment shall create any right, interest or expectancy in any further appointments beyond its specific term.
