Apportionment of Distributions. Distributions with a Record Date on or before the Exchange Date shall be made to the Exchangeable Unit Member.
Apportionment of Distributions. Distributions with a Distribution Record Date (as defined in Section 4.7.1 of the Partnership Agreement) on or before the Exchange Date shall be made to the Exchanging Partnership Unitholder.
