Exchangeable Unit Member definition

Exchangeable Unit Member means each Member, other than the Managing Member and any of its wholly owned Subsidiaries, that holds a Class B Common Unit.
Exchangeable Unit Member means (i) each Member, other than the Managing Member and any of its wholly owned Subsidiaries, that holds an Exchangeable Unit or (ii) each holder of an interest in a Member that holds a Unit that is an Exchangeable Unit pursuant to Article XI.

Related to Exchangeable Unit Member

  • Exchangeable Shares means the exchangeable shares in the capital of the Company, having the rights, privileges, restrictions and conditions set forth herein;

  • Holder or Unit Holder means the investor for the time being entered in the Register as owner of a Unit including investors jointly so registered pursuant to the provisions of the Trust Deed.

  • Management Member means any Member that is an employee of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Student Member means the member of ICCB who has been selected by ICCB's Student Advisory Committee. The student member has all the privileges of membership defined in Section 2-3 of the Act.
