APPORTIONMENTS AND PREPAYMENTS. 9.1. No periodical charges and periodical outgoings of the Business or related to the Assets, including rents, rates and non-customer rebates, gas, electricity, telephone and water charges and all liabilities in relation to salaries, wages, entitlement to paid holiday, employee bonus or commission, expenses, National Insurance and pension contributions, shall be apportioned on a time basis, and all of the relevant charges attributable to the period ending at the Effective Time shall be assumed and borne by the Buyer. Such part of the relevant charges attributable to the period commencing on the day immediately following the Effective Time shall be borne by the Buyer. All periodical receipts of the Business shall belong to the Buyer on a like basis.
