SALARIES AND OTHER REMUNERATION. 5.1 The salary scale for the Executive Secretary shall be at SES 2.1 classification of the Tasmanian Public Service, noting that these figures may be revised from time to time by the Tasmanian Public Service. The relevant salary scale, as applicable at the time of Third Session of the Meeting of the Parties, is set out in Schedule A. The salary of the Executive Secretary shall be paid in Australian dollars. All associated allowances for the Executive Secretary shall be in accordance with the Senior Executive Service (SES) category of the Tasmanian Public Service.

SALARIES AND OTHER REMUNERATION. A. The salaries of all personnel covered by this Agreement during the period from July 1, 2010 to June 30, 2011 shall be in conformity with the charts appearing as Schedules “A-1” (Teachers), “B” (Secretaries), “C” (Maintenance), “D” (Custodial), and “E” (Paraprofessionals) hereby annexed. The salaries of all personnel covered by this Agreement during the period from July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2012 shall be in conformity with the charts appearing as Schedules “A-2” (Teachers), “B” (Secretaries), “C” (Maintenance), “D” (Custodial) and “E” (Paraprofessionals) hereto annexed. The salaries of all personnel covered by this Agreement during the period from July 1, 2012 to June 30, 2013 shall be in conformity with the charts appearing as Schedules “A-3” (Teachers), “B” (Secretaries), “C” (Maintenance), “D” (Custodial)and “E” (Paraprofessionals) hereto annexed.
SALARIES AND OTHER REMUNERATION. 5.1 The scale of salaries for staff members in the professional category shall be established by the Meeting of the Parties, taking into account the scales of salaries which would apply to officials of the United Nations Secretariat employed in the host country. Such salaries shall be paid in local currency of the host country.

  • COMMISSIONS, CHARGES AND OTHER COSTS 23.1. The provision of services is subject to the payment of costs, fees, commissions, charges, taxes, etc (the “Costs”).   • Payment of Employment Taxes and Other Expenses Should City, in its discretion, or a relevant taxing authority such as the Internal Revenue Service or the State Employment Development Division, or both, determine that Contractor is an employee for purposes of collection of any employment taxes, the amounts payable under this Agreement shall be reduced by amounts equal to both the employee and employer portions of the tax due (and offsetting any credits for amounts already paid by Contractor which can be applied against this liability). City shall then forward those amounts to the relevant taxing authority. Should a relevant taxing authority determine a liability for past services performed by Contractor for City, upon notification of such fact by City, Contractor shall promptly remit such amount due or arrange with City to have the amount due withheld from future payments to Contractor under this Agreement (again, offsetting any amounts already paid by Contractor which can be applied as a credit against such liability). A determination of employment status pursuant to the preceding two paragraphs shall be solely for the purposes of the particular tax in question, and for all other purposes of this Agreement, Contractor shall not be considered an employee of City. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Contractor agrees to indemnify and save harmless City and its officers, agents and employees from, and, if requested, shall defend them against any and all claims, losses, costs, damages, and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from this section.

  • Fees and Other Charges (a) The Borrower will pay a fee on all outstanding Letters of Credit at a per annum rate equal to the Applicable Margin then in effect with respect to Eurodollar Loans under the Revolving Facility, shared ratably among the Revolving Lenders and payable quarterly in arrears on each Fee Payment Date after the issuance date. In addition, the Borrower shall pay to the Issuing Lender for its own account a fronting fee of 0.25% per annum on the undrawn and unexpired amount of each Letter of Credit, payable quarterly in arrears on each Fee Payment Date after the issuance date.
