APPRENTICE AND JOURNEYMAN TRAINING. (a) (i) The Company will pay the registration fee for Apprentices enrolled in the National Radio Institute’s (NRI’s) correspondence course program entitled “Master Course in Video/Audio Servicing with hands-on Audio Training”, or such other programs as the Company deems appropriate.
APPRENTICE AND JOURNEYMAN TRAINING. The Employer shall contribute per hour for all hours worked by or paid to Employees covered by this Agreement to the Operative Plasterers and Cement Masons International Association, Local 797, Apprentice and Journeyman Training Trust for Southern Nevada.

Local 343 Journeyman and Apprentice Training Trust Fund the sum set forth in Appendix C for each hour paid for or worked, straight time or overtime, by each of his/her employees covered by this Agreement. Section 2. Of the contributions provided in Appendix C as required to be made for Apprenticeship Training, ten cents ($.10) per hour for all hours paid for or worked by employees covered by this Agreement or the Residential and Light Commercial Agreement is allocated by the parties to the U. A.’s International Training Fund. The remainder shall be retained by the U. A. Local 343 Journeyman and Apprentice Training Trust Fund. Section 3. The U.A. Local 343 Journeyman and Apprentice Training Trust Fund shall be administered in accordance with the Trust Agreement creating same as it has been and may hereafter from time to time be amended. The Individual Employer agrees to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of said Trust Agreement and any amendments thereto that have been, or may hereafter be, adopted. Section 4. The U.A. Local 343 Journeyman and Apprentice Training Fund shall be administered by the Board of Trustees for said Fund, as provided in the Trust Agreement, except insofar as the Board of Trustees may delegate the administration of the training programs to the Journeyman and Apprentice Training Committee. Section 5. Any association signatory to this Agreement may obtain representation on the Journeyman and Apprentice Training Committee by making a written request, provided that such association represents employers currently making contributions to the Journeyman and Apprentice Training Fund pursuant to this Agreement.
