Common use of Apprenticeship Contribution Clause in Contracts

Apprenticeship Contribution. Effective May 16, 2010, each Employer shall contribute to the Millwright Regional Council of Ontario Benefit Trust Fund for the Millwright Apprentice Assistance Plan, five cents ($0.05) per hour for each hour earned by each Employee; ten cents ($0.10) per hour shall be contributed for all overtime hours.
