Common use of Appropriate Expenditures Clause in Contracts

Appropriate Expenditures. Budgets must not contain line items that are or will be reimbursed/paid by another source of funding during the period covered by this Agreement. Unexpended funds for a fiscal year shall not be carried over to another fiscal year. Agreement expenditures reimbursed by DOR must be reported as federal funds in the contractor’s accounting records and on the Schedule of Federal Awards under the CFDA # listed for this Agreement and prepared for the Title 2 Code of Federal Regulations, Part 200 (2 CFR 200) Single Audit.
