Common use of Appropriated Fund Limitation Clause in Contracts

Appropriated Fund Limitation. Nothing in this Agreement shall be interpreted as involving the Agencies in any contract or other obligation for the future payment of funds in excess of that approved and made available for payment under this Agreement. In addition, any commitment of funds pursuant to this agreement is subject to each Agencies appropriation laws, policies, regulations and limitations.
