Common use of Appropriated Fund Limitation Clause in Contracts

Appropriated Fund Limitation. Nothing herein shall be considered as obligating the Parties to this Agreement to expend funds, or as involving the United States, the State of Alaska, or the other Parties to this Agreement in any contract or other obligation for the future payment of money in excess of, or in advance of, appropriated funds available for payment to meet the commitments of this Agreement and modifications thereto, except as specifically authorized by law.
