Approval of amendments and termination. 1. Without prejudice to Article II.33, any amendment or termination of this grant agreement shall be agreed by the Parties in writing. The Parties undertake to approve or reject any valid request for an amendment or termination within 45 days of its receipt.

  • RENEWAL, AMENDMENT AND TERMINATION 35.01 The Agreement shall be in effect from October 21, 2017 to October 23, 2020 and thereafter shall continue from year to year after that date unless either party gives notice in writing to the other, of its intention to terminate the Agreement or to enter into negotiations for the purpose of amending the Agreement within a period of not less than sixty (60) days and not more than ninety (90) days prior to October 23, 2020 or any subsequent anniversary of that date.

If the Issuer fails to appoint a successor as requested by the Agreement and the Conditions by the tenth day before expiry of any notice given under Clause 19.2, then the relevant Agent may itself appoint as successor any reputable and experienced financial institution.
