Common use of Approval of Changes in Construction Documents Clause in Contracts

Approval of Changes in Construction Documents. Tenant shall not make or cause to be made any material changes in any approved Construction Documents without the express written approval of Landlord. Prior to making any changes that Xxxxxx considers to be nonmaterial, Tenant shall notify Landlord in writing or verbally at the progress meetings of the proposed changes. If Landlord in its reasonable discretion determines that such noticed changes are material, then such changes shall be subject to Landlord’s prior written approval.
